Tuesdays (in-person & online)

9:00am - 10:30am Kundalini Yoga

with Navjit Kaur

An excellent full body workout, energizing, challenging, musical, uplifting

Wednesdays (in-person & online)

9:00am - 10:30am Yin Yoga

with Navjit Kaur

Helps to improve flexibility, joint health and provides a deep fascial stretch with slow long holds in poses
