This is a 5-week series of 1-hour classes to teach you simple and gentle self-massage techniques to ease stuck stress that lives in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs using the MELT soft roller.
What is the Soft Roller Technique?
The MELT soft roller and rolling techniques offer gentle compression without the unnecessary discomfort caused by typical rollers.
The techniques you learn in this series will help to:
re-hydrate connective tissue
re-balance the nervous system
decompress the neck and low back
improve core stability
stimulate organ function
improves sleep and much more!
Research is proving that MELT restores the elasticity of the connective tissue and reduces unwanted stiffness that causes this tissue to become less able to stabilize joints and support daily movements.
What are the benefits of the Soft Roller Techniques?
People who MELT regularly find that they want to exercise more often. It’s just more fun to move when your body feels good, has more energy, and is free of pain.
If you have stiffness and achiness in your neck, shoulders, back, hips or legs, then the soft roller will help to you get more ease in those areas.
Here are some other examples of how it can help:
if you spend a lot of time sitting, decompressing the low back, buttocks and back of the legs
if you spend a lot of time hunched forward with your upper back rounded
if your head tends to lean forward, putting a lot of strain on your neck
if you have difficulty taking deep breaths
misalignment of the spine, shoulder blades or pelvis
