We offer our classes as a class package or as a drop-in. See our schedule below for more details on the classes that we offer.
All classes at Yoga & Tea studio end with complimentary tea and cookies in our lounge! A great way to socialize after class, network within the community and browse through the products in our boutique.
When you've found the class you're looking for, you can purchase your class package by completing the registration form.
Want to try a class? Not able to commit to a weekly session? Then you’re welcome to drop-in to a class of your choice. Drop-in fee is $14, please arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out a registration form.
Kundalini Adult (all skill levels)
Kundalini Yoga for everyone! Combining yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation, this class is suitable for any skill level. The level of intensity of the class is up to you, as you practice at your own pace and depth depending on your needs. Something for everyone, no matter what shape you're in!

Kundalini Adult (intermediate)
Now that you're familiar with the yoga basics, let's take it to the next level and continue to discover your potential. Combining yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation, this class is suitable for those with previous kundalini yoga experience, and looking to challenge themselves further. The level of intensity of the class is up to you, as you practice at your own pace and depth depending on your needs.

Gentle Restorative
Kundalini Yoga tailored to restore flexibility and movement, this class is primarily for those who suffer from physical ailments and are seeking to gain the benefits of gentle exercise.
Open to all adults, seniors (55+) receive a 10% discount
Pre-natal
Whether you're pregnant or planning to be, this is an excellent way to prepare yourself physically, emotionally and spirtually for your new role as a mother. This class integrates kundalini yoga sets, breathing techniques and meditations specially designed for this transitional time in a woman's life. Your child first learns from your state of consciousness while in the womb. Everything you consciously experience becomes the foundation of your child’s personality. Learn how to have a conscious pregnancy and create a cozy home for your baby today!
Open to women of all trimesters, and to those planning to become pregnant
Baby & Me
Bring your baby to class and learn yoga postures to tone and strengthen the post-partum mom in a supportive and baby-friendly environment. Discover kundalini yoga sets and meditations that can increase your capacity to deal with your role as a parent. Nurture and bond with your baby through baby massage, singing and dancing activities included in the class. Connect with other parents and babies for socializing before/after class. For convenience the classroom is open 30 min before and after class (i.e. feedings and diaper changes!)
Open to moms and infants aged 6 weeks to pre-crawler
Parent & Child
Learn yoga poses, meditation, and relaxation taught through creative stories and interactive games. Great for developing motor skills, coordination, balance and creativity, while doing an activity that allows both parent and child to participate together!
Open to children 3-6yrs and an adult, caregivers welcome!
Mother & Daughter
A combination of hatha and kundalini involving static and dynamic yoga postures, meditation, and relaxation for a great workout and stress relief. Develop flexibility, coordination, strength, and balance. This class promotes self confidence, self-worth and a positive body image, while providing stress management techniques to ward off teen depression and help girls survive the teen years. An excellent class which allows mothers and their tween daughters to bond as they participate together!
Open to mothers and their pre-teen daughters aged 9-13
Hatha Adult (all levels)
Taught in the Sivananda style based on ancient, classical yoga teachings involving the five points of yoga, as taught by Swami Vishnudevananda: proper exercise (asanas), proper breathing (pranayama), proper relaxation
(savasana), proper diet, positive thinking & meditation (vedanta and dhyana).

Children 9-15 years of age are entitled to a 50% discount on class packages upon presenting ID.
Seniors (55+) are entitled to a 10% discount on class packages upon presenting ID.

Power Adult (all levels)
Emphasis is on strength and flexibility in this fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style yoga. Synchronous breathing with strong, flowing movement combines for a hot, high energy workout. Closely modeled on the Ashtanga style of practice, Power yoga is particularly well suited to athletes as a complimentary training program for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Emphasis is on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance in this fitness-based approach to yoga. Great for young athletes as a complimentary training program for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
